Apparently because 6 million idiots injured themselves by not watching where they were going the taxpayer has to provide padding around the lampposts.
Is it me or is this just completely bonkers ?
It reminds me of the genius idea my friend Barry came up with to connect the camera on the back of the phone to the screen on the front to show the pavement in front of you whilst you are texting when walking.
